Stitches West

I wasn't lucky enough to be able to get to Stitches West this year, but I will be there next year.  Had to make a trip to the LA Religious Ed Congress and of course they fell on the same weekend.   I have heard so many great things about it this year.  I can't wait for next year to come......

Laura Nelkin Designs

This is one of my favorite designs by Laura Nelkin.  It is the Skywalker Shawl.  You can either purchase the pattern from her website as well as from Ravelry, or you can take her Crafty class "Mastering Lace Shawls" and it is the first project you knit.  Crafty has great classes and they are so helpful.

My First Blog

This is my first attempt at a blog so please be patient with me.  I am a Knitaholic and love to squish yummy yarns.  I live in beautiful California though originally from Pennsylvania.  I will be putting up pictures of current WIP projects as well as finished.  Please feel free to share yours as well.  This was a scarf that I made for my daughter-in-law.  Her favorite color - Of Course Orange....
